Each teabag contains minimum 4g organic dried herbs (most conventional teabags contain only 1.5g).

Let your blend infuse for at least 10 minutes.

You can top up it up through the day - the blend will keep giving (3 or 4 small cups). I often let my tea brew for much longer, resulting in a more concentrated infusion. 

For optimum potency, store your blend in an airtight container in a cool, dark cupboard.

Focus

Gives a gentle lift and focus to your day. Sharpens the mind, improves concentration, and promotes mental resilience. Helps to ease low mood and stimulate positivity.

Contains: Gotu kola, gingko, skullcap, peppermint, liquorice. All ingredients are certified organic.

Not suitable for use in pregnancy (gotu kola, skullcap). Best avoided in conjunction with blood-thinning medication (gingko).

Flow

A deeply cleansing tea that eliminates toxins and promotes a healthy flow of urine. Excellent for minor urinary tract infections, congested skin and a sluggish system caused by poor diet, lack of sleep and excess. Its anti-inflammatory and healing properties soothe and calm.

Contains: Buchu, cleavers, marshmallow leaf, cornsilk, plantain, spearmint, milk thistle. All ingredients are certified organic.

Best avoid in pregnancy. Not to be used continuously. If symptoms persist, please consult your GP.

Activates the parasympathetic nervous system. Eases symptoms of general anxiety, and promotes relaxation and recovery. Relieves tension headaches and promotes inner calm. Excellent tonic for burnout and nervous exhaustion.

Contains: Lemon balm, passion flower, chamomile, rose buds and lavender. All ingredients certified organic.

Best avoided by those with low thyroid activity (lemon balm). Safe for use in pregnancy, but please consult an experienced herbalist or your GP with any concerns.
